1. What file formats are included in your digital downloads?
We offer machine embroidery files in these formats: PES, DST, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, and HUS. Our vector designs are available in SVG, EPS, DXF, and AI formats.
2. How do I download my purchased files?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a download link. You can also access your downloads through your account dashboard under “Downloads.”
3. Can I use your files for commercial purposes?
Yes, our designs come with a commercial use license, allowing you to create and sell physical products. However, reselling or redistributing the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited, and we have a team dedicated to copyright infringement.
4. What machines are compatible with your embroidery files?
Our embroidery files work with most major brands, including Brother, Janome, Singer, Bernina, Husqvarna, and modern commercial machines. Be sure to check your machine’s compatibility with the file format before purchasing.
5. Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience any issues with your file or download, please contact us at hello@embroiderydesignspot.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
6. How do I unzip the downloaded files?
Our downloads are often compressed in a zip folder. To unzip, right-click the folder and select “Extract All.” On a Mac, double-click the zip file to unzip it.
7. Can I edit the designs after downloading?
Vector files can be edited using Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, or CorelDRAW. Machine embroidery files should only be resized a maximum of 20% up or down to maintain stitch quality. If you need an edit, let us know! We can help with that.
8. What should I do if I encounter problems with a file?
If you experience any issues, such as a file not working as expected, please contact us at hello@embroiderydesignspot.com with your order number, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
9. Do you offer custom designs?

10. Can I request a different file format?
